On 3 March 2026, Bohinj hosted a special gathering of selected travel agencies, journalists and promoters of Slovenian tourism from several countries. The event Frozen Table also marked the official presentation of Bohinj Club, a new initiative created by Fox on the Rocks chalet and Vila Muhr.
Bohinj Club connects carefully selected accommodation providers, outstanding cuisine and curated experiences, with the aim of creating a refined and authentic destination experience.
The programme began with an afternoon tea at Vila Muhr, followed by a tasting of cheeses from Gartner Tourist Farm and sparkling wines from Istenič at Fox on the Rocks. The highlight of the day took place on Mount Vogel, where guests were welcomed by a handcrafted ice table – created over the course of a week – and a fine dining menu prepared by chef Davor Arnautović, inspired by local ingredients and a contemporary interpretation of Alpine cuisine.
The event demonstrated how collaboration between local providers can create unique and memorable experiences for visitors, strengthening Bohinj’s position as a destination of refined, nature-connected tourism.
