At Alpinia, we are participating in the PHOENIX 4.0 project, where, together with our partner KRISTAL – BOHINJ d.o.o. (Art Hotel Kristal), we are developing and testing an advanced predictive heating management system for Alpine accommodation facilities.
The solution will combine environmental sensors, building data, short-term weather forecasts and predictive algorithms to optimise heating while maintaining guest comfort. The project aims to reduce energy consumption and CO₂ emissions while improving the energy efficiency and resilience of tourism accommodation.
The project runs from July 2026 to March 2027 and represents another step in our commitment to sustainability, digitalisation and the smart use of modern technologies in tourism.
This Project has received funding from the European Union’s Single Market Programme, via a call for competition issued and implemented under the PHOENIX 4.0 project (Grant Agreement No 101181258).
